For MosaLingua Premium (Web & Mobile), you can test the platform for 7 days for free. After this period, you will pay the price shown below the confirmation button.

If you do not wish to prolong your access after the first 7 days, you can cancel your trial by clicking on the “cancel” link found on your profile page. You can ask for a refund within the following 30 days by simply emailing us if you are unhappy with the service.

If you are happy with it (and we think you will be!) you will get one year of access. Your yearly subscription will be renewed for continual access, however you can stop the automatic renewal at any time.

We have decided to use PayPal and Stripe for security reasons, as they are among the most renowned and safe companies for online payment of digital products.

Some banks may charge additional fees, depending on currency, geographical location of the transaction, and your pricing conditions.

If you made a one-time purchase for the app before our change in 2020, it’s completely different.

MosaLingua Premium (Web & Mobile) is a comprehensive learning platform, it thus offers much more than the mobile apps. Not only will you be able to learn and review vocabulary, but you will also be able to:

• learn all the languages available in MosaLingua (English, Business English, Medical English, Spanish, Business Spanish, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Chinese and Russian)
• learn on computers (PC/MAC or others) and on any device with Google Chrome
• easily create and edit personal flashcards using your keyboard
• discover and memorize new words in their context with MosaDiscovery®
• download books and audiobooks in their original version with MosaLibrary®
• use and vote for shared resources (magazines, newspapers, sites…) from members of the MosaCommunity®
• enjoy videos in your target language(s) to learn while having fun

Of course: you can synchronize your progress with the mobile apps without any problem. Just as with the mobile apps, synchronizing your progress is done by entering the same email and password in the menu Settings > Save

Of course! All you need is an internet connection and a computer (PC, Mac or other), tablet (iPad, Android, etc.), or smartphone (iPhone, Android or other).

However, some parts of the site (e.g. the MosaLingua apps) only work with the following browsers :

First of all, MosaLingua Premium (Web & Mobile) is much more comprehensive than the mobile apps.

We believe that these differences fully justify the price, which is still very low considering everything it offers. We’ve settled on a low price for everyone, because we want language learning to be accessible to as many people as possible (all while being able to keep up with maintenance costs).

Running the MosaLingua apps and MosaLingua Premium (Web & Mobile) requires a lot of behind-the-scenes work (programming, support, management…), but we’ve chosen the lowest possible prices in light of this.

We are also constantly improving our programs and adding content, at no extra cost to you. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, your payment is 100% safe.

See the little green padlock next to the web address on this page (upper lefthand corner)? That means that this page is secure (“https” is a security protocol used by many websites, including banks, to encrypt information).

We also use Stripe and PayPal for an additional layer of security. These are two of the most well-known and widely-trusted platforms for online payment (all transactions are encrypted and protected for buyer protection).

We take your safety very seriously, and your trust is of the utmost importance to us.

Because user accounts include information about your individual progress, it’s not possible to share access between multiple learners. This is true of all our language courses, where one user account = one person.

If you’re looking for a way to obtain additional user accounts for different members of your family, please contact us and we can discuss possible solutions.

We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.

If the issue persists, contact us at support_en@mosalingua.com. In order to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please include the error message that appears at the top of the checkout page in your email.

We aren’t able to accept cash or checks.

However, we do accept another simple alternative payment method: PayPal.

If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, it is quick, easy, and free to make one.
You can add money to your PayPal balance directly from your bank account, and select that balance at checkout.

We can also accept a bank transfer if you are unable to create a PayPal account, but you’ll have to contact us directly.

If you’ve downloaded the mobile app, this doesn’t automatically create an account on the website.
When signing up, you’ll need to create a new account with the same email address you have for the mobile app. This way, you’ll be able to synchronize your progress.

While our trial is indeed free, we request your payment details for a number of reasons:

• We want to prevent people from abusing the system and starting a new free trial every 7 days.
• We don’t want your learning flow to be interrupted after the first 7 days.
• We prefer to limit subscriptions to people who are serious about the course (it costs us time and money to provide the free trial).

Don’t worry:

• You can cancel your trial period at any time by simply clicking the “Cancel” button on your profile (no charges at all).
• If you forget to cancel, you can ask for a full refund during the first 30 days.
• We do not have access to your credit card details and we cannot store them (it’s all managed by Stripe and PayPal, two extremely safe payment platforms).
• You will not be charged during the trial period. The trial is genuinely free, and your payment method will only be charged if you decide to continue using our services after the trial ends.

Yes! You can choose the currency that suits you best at checkout.

We currently accept USD (U.S. dollars), EUR (euros), BRL (Brazilian reais), GBP (British pounds), and CAD (Canadian dollars) — simply select your preferred currency before completing your purchase.
