Of course! All you need is an internet connection and a computer (PC, Mac or other), tablet (iPad, Android, etc.), or smartphone (iPhone, Android or other).

However, some parts of the site (e.g. the MosaLingua apps) only work with the following browsers :

You can download the mobile app for free here on Android and here on Apple.

This depends on whether you bought the app (no longer available as of 2020), or if you have a subscription with the app.

If you have a subscription to the app, the web platform of MosaLingua Premium (Web & Mobile) account will be created from the day you make the first payment (7 days after you subscribed if you don’t cancel beforehand).

If you made a one-time purchase for the app before our change in 2020, unfortunately, there isn’t.

First of all, MosaLingua Premium (Web & Mobile) is much more comprehensive than the mobile apps.

We believe that these differences fully justify the price, which is still very low considering everything it offers. We’ve settled on a low price for everyone, because we want language learning to be accessible to as many people as possible (all while being able to keep up with maintenance costs).

Running the MosaLingua apps and MosaLingua Premium (Web & Mobile) requires a lot of behind-the-scenes work (programming, support, management…), but we’ve chosen the lowest possible prices in light of this.

We are also constantly improving our programs and adding content, at no extra cost to you. Thank you for your understanding!

We accept credit cards and PayPal. We have chosen Stripe and Paypal for security reasons, as these two companies are known for their secure online payment options for digital products.

Some banks may charge transaction fees based on currency, location, and other terms and conditions.

For PREMIUM and DELUXE packages, the price you see is the price for the first year. This includes access to the training program + a one-year subscription to MosaLingua Premium (Web & Mobile) (exercises, pronunciation flashcards, spoken language vocabulary, videos, audiobooks, texts, music, and more).

After the first year, you will pay only the annual fee for MosaLingua Premium (Web & Mobile) if you choose to continue your subscription.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send us an email within the first 30 days for a full refund.

The Deluxe package simply provides access to additional content, including:

• Email help and advice from Luca and Sam for creating your personalized learning kit (max. 3 specific questions)
• Numerous audiobooks available in various languages and difficulty levels for continued practice
• A unique video response to one of your questions about your language education, from one of the program’s creators
• 3 video lessons taught by polyglots and pronunciation experts
• The full-length interview with famous polyglot Benny Lewis

The rest of the training program content, as well as program access, is the same for both packages.

One training module will be released each week for 3 months. At the end of each module, you will complete an action plan to practice what you learned.

This training program was designed for people with beginner, “false beginner,“ and intermediate language skills, to act as the perfect complement to our apps. It allows learners to go above and beyond simple vocabulary practice, and to work on specific language skills such as listening comprehension, pronunciation, speaking, writing, reading comprehension, etc. In it, we reveal many techniques, methods, and tips for learning language and making rapid progress. If you want to see for yourself, give it a try; if you aren’t completely satisfied, or decide that the program isn’t for you, we’ll refund your purchase (just contact us and we will take care of the rest).

Of course you can! The great thing about our methods is that you are in the driver’s seat: you can start whenever you are ready, whether that means next week or two months from now.

We know that our users have very different needs and schedules, which is why we develop programs and lessons that can be easily adapted to your pace. Use your log-in information to access your profile and courses anytime and anywhere.

Unlike language learning programs that are limited by time or geographical location, our products are designed to be as flexible and practical as possible! After all, we create them with you in mind!

Canceling automatic payments

If you’ve chosen to pay for the course in several installments and you cancel a payment (or if your payment method stops working), you will lose access to the course and your sessions with our teachers. Once we receive your late payments, we’ll reinstate your rights.

6-month “Progress or Your Money Back” guarantee

We are so confident that our course works, we guarantee you’ll achieve satisfying results. So, if you’re not happy with the progress you’ve made after 6 months of training, we don’t want your money. But it’s not magic, and you’ll have to keep up your end of the bargain by practicing regularly, trying the exercises we suggest, and contacting us if you’re having problems. Before we can issue you a refund, we’ll check to see if you have:
Worked on the course and in the app on a regular basis. We’ll check your app statistics and how much time you’ve spent logged into academy.mosalingua.com;
Learned at least 70% of the suggested flashcards from the course and reviewed each one at least 5 times, according to your app stats;
Frequently shared your progress and the issues you’ve encountered in the comments section of each module. It’s very hard for us to help you if we don’t know you’re struggling!
Shown proof that you’ve tried at least 1 exercise or taken our advice (e.g. you’ve written your personalized script);
Completed all of the modules (we’ll check the date that you visited each page and how long you spent on it).

If you have been actively working on the course, you should have no trouble meeting these criteria.

Because user accounts include information about your individual progress, it’s not possible to share access between multiple learners. This is true of all our language courses, where one user account = one person.

If you’re looking for a way to obtain additional user accounts for different members of your family, please contact us and we can discuss possible solutions.

Since this is a time-sensitive deal, we aren’t able to offer a free trial.
However, you do have 30 days to request a refund, either directly from your account or by sending us an email at support_en@mosalingua.com.
The refund process is quick and easy— you have our word! You don’t even need to give us a reason for your request. If you change your mind for any reason, we’d be happy to offer you a full refund.

If you’ve downloaded the mobile app, this doesn’t automatically create an account on the website.
When signing up, you’ll need to create a new account with the same email address you have for the mobile app. This way, you’ll be able to synchronize your progress.

Yes! You can choose the currency that suits you best at checkout.

We currently accept USD (U.S. dollars), EUR (euros), BRL (Brazilian reais), GBP (British pounds), and CAD (Canadian dollars) — simply select your preferred currency before completing your purchase.
