How can I check if I already have access?
If you already have a subscription through one of our mobile apps, you should be able to access the web platform with the same email as you use in the app. (Note that your account is only created after the end of the free trial period.) If you have a subscription to MosaLingua Academy, you also have access.
How can I tell if I already have a subscription?
Simply go to the Preference page in your MosaLingua mobile app, and you should see a “Subscription Status” section. It should say “Active” for an active subscription.
If you have only paid around $5, one time (and not each month), for the Premium version of the app, this means you do not have a subscription and thus do not have access to the the online platform. However, you can sign up any time to gain access.
