Right after registering, you’ll be able to schedule your first individual session. 

After registering, you’ll receive access to a scheduling tool to sign up for your individual sessions. You’ll be asked to choose:

1. the language you’re learning and and instructor

2. the most convenient time for you.

Our instructors use Skype and Zoom, and we’ll provide you with all the information you need to get the most out of your session.

Right now we offer English and Italian. Other languages will be added in the future. Click here to let us know if you’d like to be contacted when new languages are added (with no obligation, of course!). 

As you know, MosaLingua always offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our courses. For this new service, we can only offer refunds if:

1. you contact us within 30 days of purchase, and
2. you have not scheduled any sessions.

We’ve adopted this policy for MosaLingua Live Coaching because we have to ensure payment for our instructors who have dedicated their time to one-on-one sessions. But we’re confident that you’ll love these courses and that you’ll be 100% satisfied with this new service. 

The purchase of these sessions is valid for 12 months. We’ve set this limit, because we want to re-evaluate this brand new service after a year. What’s more, this expiration date will help you take action and schedule your sessions sooner and make faster progress!

No, this is a single payment. You will not be billed again after this purchase. If you would like to attend more sessions, you are able to purchase the same package multiple times.
