Asking for a refund on a transaction
Your satisfaction is key!
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of payment. You will receive a full refund with no strings attached.
Just click the button at the bottom of this page and fill out the refund request form. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Canceling your MosaLingua course free trial
If you would like to cancel your free trial, go to “My Account” and click the “Cancel” button shown below:

If you do not cancel your trial before it ends, it will automatically turn into a subscription, renewed annually. If you do not wish to continue using the service, you may ask for a refund within 30 days. This policy also applies to each yearly renewal.

I am concerned about a credit card charge/payment made on my account
Payments for our services will show up on your statement as MOSALINGUA.COM. Payments include the conversion from your free trial to an annual subscription, and the yearly membership fee for each subsequent year.
If you have any other questions or think there may have been a mistake or an erroneous charge, contact us at contact_en@mosalingua.com and we would be happy to go over the transaction(s) in question with you.
Can I ask my bank to cancel/block a payment?
Banks offer clients the possibility to dispute charges in case of fraud, embezzlement, scams, or merchant bankruptcy. It is not an appropriate way to obtain a refund for a product you are not satisfied with.
The process can be very long (between 1 and 3 months), and you are required to show proof that the charge was unauthorized; there can even be financial repercussions if a dispute is illegitimate.
Instead of filing a dispute with your bank, we urge you to contact us first at contact_en@mosalingua.com if you are not satisfied with one of our products or services. We will get back to you as soon as possible during business hours.
